Publishing can be quite an expensive endeavor but it appeals to me because I truly believe writing and publishing your writing is the best way to leave your mark on the world. A book never dies...nowadays they transform into movies, tv shows and all sorts of mediums. Even if only a few of your friends buy your book...you still have made an impression and defined your worth and insight. We can all impact another person's life in a positive way if we share our stories of trial and triumph...that is the sole mission of CWA... our gifts are given to us not to harm but to positively effect the world, our neighbors, our friends...Don't you all agree?

I am excited to be here so that I can have support with my writing. I write poetry: some fun and silly, some serious and personal. I am also writing a book, probably for my own mental health, but, possibly in order to publish one day. My friends keep telling me to write, because my life has been quite an adventure and most folks would be inclined to think it's all fiction. I'm a pretty spiritual person, so I am in prayer about writing and am hopeful that if I'm guided to write, I will be guided when it comes time to decide about publishing. Looking forward to exchanging ideas and talents. Dolores

Try to schedule time each week to work on it. Sunday evenings are good for me. I usually write for four hours every Sunday. Trust me your hard work and diligence will pay off if you just stick to it!

Well, lately I've been working like the diligent journalist I am..I haven't had time to get back into my book. everytime I say "Imma get to it" I never do. I always end up having to bring extra work home. I need to get back on track.

I still don't know who Sun is, or how I got invited. I feel like a guest in the home of Lionel Twain. I hope the food is better.
